Touch3PL gives complete visibility of stock held for both the warehouse and your customer. Orders are on a live feed and can be accessed by authorized warehouse personnel or as an option, for your customers via secure login, through a web portal to the Touch3PL software. We also automate and schedule reports or emails when stock arrives and/or leaves the warehouse.
Streamline your customer service and order entry operations, since your customers can automatically import orders through a range of different methods such as; purchase orders, EDIs, spreadsheet formats, or direct integration with ERP or back office systems.
Integration capabilities with carriers directly or their carrier management systems, such as UPS or Metapack, means the 3PL provider only needs to use the Touch3PL shipping operation, then print the courier label all within the same application. Integration with platforms like eBay, Amazon and Magento allows the warehouse to manage multiple orders coming in from various sources, with real-time posting directly into Touch3PL.
RH&D (Receipts Handling & Dispatch) or bespoke charge rates are all managed within Touch3PL to avoid paper based billing calculation errors or missed opportunities to maximize profits. Each 3PL customer can have a tailored set of charge rates whether fixed, subsequent, or by process. Customer invoices are customized and can be emailed automatically.
Reporting can be the key between a happy or a disgruntled customer. Shipment visibility, performance information, status reports plus much more are all standard features within Touch3PL. Reports are viewed within the enquiry screen and can be exported into a spreadsheet format for further manipulation, if required. Replenishment reports can be created and emailed to the customer to alert them of stock levels, or they can simply log into an access controlled web portal to obtain the information themselves.
The Touch3PL software solution is available as a perpetual User Based License or Pay-as-you-Go with a monthly payment based on the number of licenses/modules you require, so you only pay for what you are using. Pay-as-you-Go is particularly attractive to our 3PL clients due to the seasonal peaks they experience, as it allows them to increase or decrease licenses on a periodic basis.
