Implementation

TouchPath utilizes a tried and tested methodology for project implementation as illustrated in the diagram below.

During the Definition stage, meetings are held between the TouchPath Project Manager, the TouchPath Solutions Architect and client senior management who together form the core of the project team. The purpose of the meetings is to gather and agree all pertinent information required for designing, building and implementing the solution. At these meetings, the functionality to be delivered and any phasing of the project are defined in detail and published by the Project Manager in the Initial Statement of Work  (ISOW) document which is reviewed by client management and formally signed-off prior to the start of the project.

Once the Initial Statement of Work is approved, a Gantt Chart is generated which allows the Project Team to review the schedule and responsibilities for the tasks outlined in the project and measure progress against the schedule.
